At Little People, we believe that the role of a kindergarten is to cultivate the foundational qualities of an individual who knows how to live a good life, a civilized life, always carrying positive values in both life and learning. As a preparation for the following academic years, children at this age need to develop a passion for exploration and self-confidence to be ready for future intellectual adventures. Based on this belief, we have discovered and been drawn to the “Active Learning” educational approach from the HighScope Foundation, USA.[\/vc_column_text]

Therefore, the professional support from the HighScope team is extremely effective and practical with abundant strategies and resources that help teachers easily implement the educational approach proposed by HighScope. Another advantage of the HighScope Preschool Program is that the “Active Learning” classroom model does not require any extravagant material investment. Children learn to work with open-ended materials, readily available tools, and find ways to overcome challenges when resources are limited, creatively finding substitutes to complete their initial ideas without giving up. We find this to be a meaningful educational program that aligns with Little People’s overall direction of providing parents with more opportunities to access modern educational methods when choosing and directing their children’s education.<\/p>\n
