  • Standards for Teacher Recruitment and Training: Teacher applicants at Little People are always required to conduct a trial teaching session so that the Board of Directors can assess their professional qualifications and then plan training after they officially join the school’s teaching staff. Building and maintaining a team of teachers who meet the standards of qualifications and teaching ability is a challenge that requires serious investment from the management board. Over the years, Little People has always been highly appreciated by the authorities for the competency standards of its staff, adhering to the Ministry of Education’s regulations on the standard qualifications of classroom teachers.
  • Standards for Content and Quality of Education: To ensure consistency and uniformity in the teaching quality of the teaching staff, the Board of Directors has developed a complete training program detailing the content of lesson plans and teaching materials to contribute to standardizing the training content in all classes and grades. In addition, observation of lessons is carried out on both a regular and a surprise basis to help teachers continuously learn from experience and improve their professional skills.

For the Integrated Program, Little People applies the official assessment tools and assessments of HighScope and program publishers, as a commitment to measuring the quality of education.
