A positive and trusting relationship between home and school is the key to a child’s overall development. At Little People, we foster a close connection between teachers and parents throughout every stage of a child’s journey, from the initial adjustment period to achieving significant milestones.

• Initial Enrollment: Upon enrollment, parents are encouraged to share their child’s daily routines, including eating habits, sleeping patterns, favorite toys, and even non-verbal cues. This information is carefully recorded to help teachers understand each child’s unique personality and needs. The school implements a tailored plan to help children adjust to their new environment smoothly.
• Weekly Updates: Teachers provide regular updates on children’s daily activities, learning progress, and health status through our communication platform. This not only reassures parents but also strengthens the bond between home and school, allowing parents to feel involved in their child’s daily life.
• Parent-Teacher Conferences: Annual one-on-one parent-teacher conferences provide an opportunity for teachers and parents to discuss their child’s academic progress throughout the year. Development reports based on HighScope standards and the ESL program help parents understand their child’s achievements and the school’s future plans. At the end of each semester, parents receive a progress report to track their child’s development and work with teachers to adjust support plans as needed.
• Parenting Workshops: Parenting workshops and HighScope integrated program workshops provide parents with a deeper understanding of our teaching methods, classroom models, and educational philosophy, fostering closer collaboration with teachers in caring for and educating their children.
• Classroom Cameras: Our classroom cameras are shared directly with parents, allowing them to watch their children learn and play at any time. This transparent approach to management demonstrates our commitment to providing high-quality education and care.
