What age group does the school accept? What are the drop-off and pick-up times?

The school accepts children from 12 months to 5 years old.

There are two campuses:

Nguyễn Văn Tiết – Lái Thiêu
Lào Cai – Thủ Dầu Một.

Drop-off and pick-up times:

Monday to Friday: Morning from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Saturday: Morning from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

What is the meal plan like? Where do the food supplies come from?

The menu offers a variety of Asian and Western dishes, including: 2 milk breaks, 3 meals, and 1 snack (alternating between fruit juice and cereal milk). Meals are prepared fresh daily using ingredients sourced from Mega Market, meeting VietGAP standards.

Teachers encourage children to develop new eating habits suitable for their age, such as chewing solid foods, drinking with straws, or drinking from cups.

Monthly, there is a buffet party to celebrate birthdays or a family meal for the month, providing an opportunity for children to practice dining skills.

The school has a one-way kitchen system meeting hygiene standards. Meals are prepared and cooked at the school using ingredients sourced fresh daily from Mega Market with clear origins. No frozen storage is used to ensure food safety.

Does the school offer a bilingual program? What is the curriculum like?

The HighScope Bilingual Program employs the Active Learning approach from the HighScope Educational Research Foundation (USA), integrating preschool content from HighScope with the Vietnamese standard curriculum.

For children under 36 months: They join age-appropriate HighScope Tiny classes, guided by the HighScope Infants & Toddlers program (USA), with content aligned to national standards.

For children aged 36 months and older: The HighScope USA curriculum integrates subjects from both the national and US preschool systems, using the Active Learning method. ESL content is taught for 30–45 minutes daily, depending on the child’s age. 100% of ESL classes are led by foreign teachers using the Doodle Town series (Macmillan Publisher, Levels 1–3).

Does the school have cameras?

Yes, the school has online cameras for parents to monitor their children. Each child’s account allows access to the camera on two devices for parents.

What are the nationalities of foreign teachers at Little People? What qualifications do the Vietnamese English teachers have?

Most of the foreign teachers at Little People come from countries where English is the main language. 100% of both Vietnamese and foreign English teachers hold at least a university degree from reputable universities and possess all required international teaching certifications. Little People’s Vietnamese teachers all graduated from English Pedagogy or English Language majors, while native and foreign teachers are guaranteed to have TESOL teaching certificates and C1 and C2 English proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

How many teachers are assigned to each class? What is the class size??

The school has teachers assigned following industry standards, which is 2 main teachers and 1 support teacher for the Nursery classes and 2 teachers for the Kindergarten classes (Little 1 and above). All teachers at Little People are qualified (college level and above) and above (university level). The maximum number of children in the Nursery is 18, in the Little 1 is 22 and Little 2 & 3 is 25. Additionally, the school has support staff ready to assist teachers with cleaning and other tasks, allowing teachers to focus on childcare and teaching.
