HighScope Teacher training at Little People system

After more than three months of intensive training on new knowledge and teaching methods within the HighScope curriculum, the teaching team in Bình Dương has successfully completed the first phase of their training program, which included theoretical lessons and assessments.

Moving into the second phase this December, Ms. Minh Nguyễn will conduct classroom observations to evaluate and refine teaching quality in alignment with HighScope standards. Following this, each teacher will receive personalized coaching sessions starting in January and continuing through the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. This individualized support aims to elevate the teaching quality across the entire team.
