✈️ Showcase highscope – Exploring the world of “transportation” ⛵
After a month of exploring the topic of Transportation, our little learners were eager to present the wonderful creations they made themselves. Each project carries a unique touch, reflecting the children’s keen observation and thought process. Through this journey, they not only refined their fine motor skills but also developed scientific and mathematical thinking (size, shapes, symmetry), language skills (confidently expressing ideas), and teamwork abilities.
From Idea to Reality: The children didn’t just observe and learn about different modes of transportation—they applied their knowledge to create models! From cars, buses, and trains to airplanes and sailboats, everything was crafted using paper, cardboard, clay, and even recycled materials. Taking it a step further, they worked together to build a miniature transportation city and discussed important traffic safety rules.
Every moment of hands-on experience is a step forward in their journey of discovery. With the HighScope Approach, children don’t just learn theories—they actively shape the world around them in their own creative ways!
