A journey to the sourthern institute of ecology

The little friends from the L2 classes had a truly exciting field trip to the Southern Institute of Ecology. Right upon arrival, the children were introduced to various types of insects and learned about the fascinating life cycle of butterflies.

The highlight of the trip was definitely the vibrant butterfly garden—where the kids could observe colorful wings fluttering all around them. After that, they continued exploring different botanical areas, expanding their understanding of the natural world.

Especially meaningful was that each class received a butterfly larva to bring back, allowing the children to observe its transformation—a lively learning experience that nurtures curiosity and a love for nature.
