Stepping into the ecological world with the l3 classes
The children of the L3 Classes had an exciting learning day at the Southern Institute of Ecology. Here, they were introduced to many familiar yet fascinating insects, opening up a lively biological world right before their eyes.
The kids also had the chance to observe leaves under a microscope — where the veins and tiny structures became clear and wonderfully intricate. The trip continued with a colorful journey through the butterfly garden and a visit to refreshing botanical areas.
A special highlight was learning how to press leaves to create specimens to bring home — a creative activity that helped the children better understand plant structures.
A wonderful day of hands-on experiences, nurturing a love for nature and a curious spirit for exploration!
